In accordance with Article 51 of the Elementary School Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 63/2013 of 26 July 2013), a student can obtain:
Prospective athlete
A student is considered a prospective athlete if they are registered with a national sports team and compete in official competitions
Top athlete
A student athlete is considered top-level if they perform exceptionally well in international
competitions
Prospective young artist
A student is considered a promising young artist if they take part in art competitions at the
national level
Young Artist of Excellence
A student is considered an outstanding young artist if they win the top prize or achieve the best result in a national art competition
To apply for your child's status, please complete the form on our school's website and submit it to the secretary. If your child is granted the status, we will make any necessary adjustments to their academic program. If your child fails to meet their responsibilities, their grades slip, or they do not follow school rules, their status may be revoked.
Status monitoring
We maintain a team effort with coaches, teachers, and students to track students' achievements. Each month, coaches will provide reports on students' progress in training, competitions, and other activities. The coach will also receive updates on the student's academic performance
from the school. If a student's academic performance begins to decline or they violate school rules, we will inform their parents.
The coordinator at the school is Laura Macura.
