Teachers' Office Hours
Morning OH
Morning Office Hours take place on the first Wednesday of each month, between 7:45-8:20 in the teacher's classroom.
Afternoon programme teachers and instructors have office hours during the fourth lesson, from 11:15-12:00.

Afternoon OH
After-school office hours are intended for a brief conversation with the teacher and are held from 17.00 to 18.30 on the days listed below. You will receive a link to sign up for an appointment a week before the after-school office hours take place.
Parent-teacher conferences
Parent-teacher conferences are organised in September and March. Additional conferences may be scheduled during the school year if needed.

*The date of the third parent meeting will be determined by the class teacher.
School fund
The school fund is a way for us to collect money and resources to make our school a better place. We want to improve the facilities, support creative activities, and help talented and underprivileged students participate in activities and projects they might not be able to attend otherwise.
The money we raise is used only for what it was meant for, and only with the approval of the school fund board. If you'd like your child to receive financial assistance or a subsidy, you can send a request to the school explaining why you need it. The applications are reviewed on the monthly meeting, and all requests are kept confidential. The school fund board is made up of school representatives and parent representatives.
